Services: Maison et Santé offers consulting on home and wellness solutions and services, which may include but are not limited to consulting on products and services, design suggestions for installation in the home or outside of the home for outdoor installations, guidance on electrical needs within the home for products being installed, suggestions on equipment maintenance and suggestions for repair vendors. These services are subject to change without notice.
3. Booking and Payments: Clients are responsible for booking services through our designated channels and adhering to the payment terms specified. Maison et Santé reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms at its discretion.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel services within a specified time frame for a refund, as outlined in our cancellation policy. Maison et Santé reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
5. Confidentiality: Maison et Santé respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability: Maison et Santé is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of our services. Clients are encouraged to seek medical advice before engaging in any wellness and longevity activities.
7. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Maison et Santé remain the exclusive property of Maison et Santé. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles County and the state of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County.

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Maison et Santé aims to provide high-quality wellness and longevity services. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Cancellation Policy:
Clients are entitled to a full refund if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Unsatisfactory Service:
If a client is dissatisfied with the provided service, Maison et Santé will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of management.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to sales@maisonetsante.com. The request should include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
Timeframe for Refunds:
Refund processing times may vary but generally take up to seven (7) business days. Clients will be notified once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services or products may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated to clients during the booking or purchasing process.
Payment Reversals:
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Maison et Santé is not responsible for any fees or fluctuations in currency exchange rates during the refund process.
